AVG Online Security Extension for Edge Chromium's last update was on 2021 Feb(20.3.10). And one for chrome was on 2022 March(20.3.10).
Both don't work properly especially in opting out ad company option, whereas 'avast' online security updates regularly and works fine.
OS: Windows 11 21H2 (latest version, 64-bit)
Browsers: 1) Edge Chromium(100.0.1185.36, latest version.)
2) Google Chrome(00.0.4896.75, latest version.)
We will check and help you in resolving this issue.
We have sent you an email asking you to connect with our AVG remote technician and please reply to that email for further assistance.
Thank you.
For description, both extensions on Edge(chromium) and Chrome doesn't work properly. whenever I click the opting out button on the bottom of the extension window(just like Avast Online Security Extension) it doesn't show any progress. I also tested Avast Online Security Extensions for both, and those worked fine. For translating Korean Language, it says 'There's a Problem. Try this later."
