I have the free product. Can someone please tell me how to turn off the pop up advertising that has been appearing every day for over a year?

We understand that you need help in setting up the frequency for the AVG Marketing popups.
If you are using the AVG 2016 version then please follow the instructions as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/29lFofA to setup the frequency.
If you are using the AVG 2017 version then please click on "Menu" on the dashboard of AVG program and then select "Settings"
To the left select "General" and scroll down to check the option mentioned as "POPUPS" .
