* Click on Gear wheel icon
* Select Internet Options
* In the new window select "Advanced Settings"
* At the bottom you can see an option "Reset", click on the same and reset the browser.
Please restart the Internet Explorer and see if the pop-up issue is resolved.

I keep getting a pop up in Internet Explorer asking permission for Adobe Flash Player to open Web. I keep on trying to shut it down but it comes up several times. I have followed advice to get rid of it but it continues. How do I get rid of it completely.
