Hello, I see multiple messages in here concerning this issue, but a pop-up keeps popping up to say a threat has been secured. When scanning the supposedly infected folder, the scan comes up clean. Please advise? Thanks

Is it a random pop up or does it appear when you browser internet? If it is the latter, does it appear upon visiting a particular website or randomly?
Use a different web browser and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please reinstall Chrome browser and check for the threat popup again.

It appears every time I open Chrome and for every new tab that I open.
It doesn't appear with Edge.
