Pop up or notification

This question is about AVG Antivirus V20.2 running on MacBook Air M1 running 12.6

I am getting small windows showing which tell me that I am not fully protected. I do not know if these windows are defined as notifications or pop ups.

Notifications are turned off for AVG. 

How can I stop the windows from showing up?

I have searched the database but not found relevant ideas for MacOS, just for Windows.
