I re[pplied to your email but it was mo reply of course. I wrote thus:
Hello,

'Thank you for your response.

I have attached a screenshot showing two successive days of popup disturbances.I have also capured one that arrived today while writing this email.

I use an HP Tower PC with Windows 10. I use either Firefox or Chrome web browsers.I think that makes no difference. I have AVG Anti-track set to start when I power up the PC.

I hope that this helps'

However, I do see anywhere here to upload screenshots/files.
Martin.

Hello Martin
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
I apologize for the inconvenience and understand how distracting these pop-ups can be, especially when you're focused on work.
Could you please let me know which device and operating system you're facing this issue on?
Also, in which AVG program are these pop-ups appearing?
If possible, could you share a screenshot of the pop-up for further assistance?
I'll do my best to help you resolve this quickly.

How can I stop AVG's popups while I am working on my PC? It is so distracting. disturbing and annoying when I am concentrating on writing etc to have to break away to get rid of it.
I thought there might have been a tick-box in Notifications but none found.
I have a screen shot but there doesn' seem to be anywhere tyo upload it.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for taking the time to write back to us, Martin.
I understand that you are getting popup notifications from AVG AntiTrack application.
I will certainly help you with this. Most AVG applications display notifications about application activity, product updates, warnings, and alerts. To disable pop-up notifications or stop offers for other products, follow the instructions in this article according to your app:
Managing pop-up notifications in AVG products (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-antivirus-popup-notifications&q=popup%5C%5C&supportType=home)
To disable notifications in AVG AntiTrack:
-Open AVG AntiTrack and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
-Untick the box next to Show notifications for fingerprint changes, then select your preferred option for Notify me of blocked tracking attempts.
If you are still facing the issue, please help us with the screenshot of the pop-up notification which you got. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thank you and keep us updated.

Thank you for writing us back Martin,
I appreciate your efforts for providing us the information. I understand that, it was already unticked and your computer has slowed down considerably. I have sent you the email regarding this issue. Please check for the email and get back to us.

Thank you for your understanding.
