It seems you are receiving popups from AVG Password Protection.
Please open AVG Password Protection and scan for weak passwords to reset them.

Every few hours, AVG antivirus on Windows 10 creates about 30 popup messages saying "Your account has been breached" and there is a button "Resolve" which does nothing to resolve the problem. Clicking on "Resolve" either dismisses the window or results in AVG crashing. AVG does nothing to indicate what the problem was or how to solve it. I would attach a screenshot, but this reporting interface doesn't have that capability.
