Cuando entro y accedo al internet siempre se ve desconfigurado el Antivirus con una X y debo clickear y abrirlo para activar las protecciones. Esto porqué, si cuando ya estoy dentro de Internet debería actualizarse y protegerme tanto de los beneficios gratuitos y con mayor razón los ya pagados. Por favor necesito una respuesta concreta. Antes de comprar la suscripción esto no me pasaba, siempre aparecía "protegido".
