I have this problem since several weeks that after AVG has updated, ports are not being forwarded. I had posted it here on this forum and AVG were quite kind and gave me a remote support option (regardless I have not purchased premium support) - case 08022557. The support professional was not able to help and said he will escalate it. In several days I got another mail with a new Case number 08033970 which suggested some settings, that I performed, but again with no results - ports still locked. I have mailed support twice since then, but AVG did not respond at all.... If I will not find a solution I suppose I will abandon AVG and go for another Antivirus . Did anyone here experience this ports forwarding problem? Does anyone has a suggestion how to solve it?
