Has been working OK after reinstallation. Now I have a language issue. See other post of mine.

I am having trouble with HSS Elite installation. One of their suggestions is to turn off the AntiVirus software and reinstall HSS. I am using AVG Free and Performance Pro. How would I go about doing this
