Open AVG AntiVirus and click the Web & Email tile on the main application.
Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Basic protection ▸ Enhanced Firewall in the left panel.
Click View Firewall rules.
Select the Basic rules tab.
Here check the first option mentioning printer sharing, enabled or not.
Ensure you have it enabled under Private.
Also, check that you are connected in the Trusted network.
Check if you can use the printer and scanner now.
