Printer connection issue

Wireless Printer will not connected to my PC.
Went to AVG - Menu - Settings - Full Protection - System Rules per website.
Do not see "System Rules" on the list in order to "Allow Windows File and Printer Sharing"

Also my printer IP address does not agree with my Provider IP that AVG has shown

Hello Timothy,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are sorry to know that you are unable to connect wireless printer to your PC. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Each time you connect to a new network, Enhanced Firewall automatically recognizes whether the network is private or public, and applies the relevant settings.
To access advanced Enhanced Firewall rules:
-Open AVG Antivirus and select the Web & Email tile.
-Click  Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
-Click Basic protection ▸ Enhanced Firewall in the left panel.
-Click View Firewall rules.
–Basic rules (previously known as System rules): Are a range of Enhanced Firewall rules that control network traffic for the most common connection types.
In Basic rules you can enable printer settings. Before doing that, I request you check if wireless printer connected as private (trusted) network.
If necessary, you can change whether a network is trusted or untrusted via Web & Email ▸ Enhanced Firewall ▸ Networks. For more information, refer to the following article:
Getting Started ▸ Add trusted and untrusted networks (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Use-AVG-Antivirus-Enhanced-Firewall)
Regarding the IP address, we recommend you only modify your network rules if absolutely necessary. In most cases, Enhanced Firewall formulates optimal rules without your input.
If you are still facing the issue or any error message appear, please help us with the screenshot of the same. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thank you and keep us updated.
