Printer not working due to Firewall

Still not resolved.  When I run the printer trouble shooter, I get this message.
The files lxducoms.exe and lxduwbgw.exe from the printer driver have been blocked.Allow access for these files for your printer to work properly.  Contact antivirus/firewall vendor.

Hello Nessa,
I'm sorry to hear about this. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can print with enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.

For some reason my printer was blocked with the firewall protection a couple of days ago.  I added as an exception to Files, but still not allowing me to print.

Nessa,
Appreciate your efforts. It must be AVG Ransom ware protection that is blocking the files. Please follow the steps below to resolve your issue.

Open AVG Internet Security.
Click on Hacker attacks and click Open on Ransom ware protection tile.
Select the Blocked/Allowed apps tab.
Remove the files lxducoms.exe and lxduwbgw.exe from the blocked apps list and add them to Allowed apps.

Hello Nessa,
May I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.
Best regards,
Alok.

Network Profile already set to private, made other changes as suggestedl.  Still cannot print.
