Pro account confusion

If yes please contact AVG Mobilation specialists directly through the AVG program >> Menu >> Help >> Contact Us form to provide them with more detailed information about your device and the issue.

I have s Pro account, but does that not allow me to extend that to my android phone for the camera trap and device lock. I want them on my phone just wanted to make sure I do not double pay for services.
Knowing that, if I do have coverage for my phone, why doesn't show me its available?
