Pro not showing

Do you have the email address displayed on the AVG Zen interface.

I bought the AVG Unlimited devices & extended it 5/2016.  My computer is still showing I just have the free trial.  How do I get it to recognize the "full program"?  I'm running windows 10.  Do I have to delete AVG & reload?
