Could you please confirm whether you are getting the expiry notice for Protection or for the Performance?
If it is for Performance then we would like to inform you that the Performance is not included in your Protection Subscription.
I just extended my protection and paid my annual fee (invoice 701-3912809).
First in the time it took to get the e-mail to remind me the first letter of my Password was a capital level. The charge for the annual subscription went up $5. That was disappointing but whatever. I paid it, did the download, updated the original trial. Now I'm getting messages that this trial expires in 14 days do I want to extend my protection. Isn't that what I just did?
