Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Good afternoon. It is a translation made with google translator: I have a problem for a few days. When I login with my avg account to avgmobiliation, this web says that I have no registered devices. I already did the test to launch avg antivirus application, go to anti-theft settings, disable anti-theft. Then I clicked turn on to re-register, but the problem continues. I tried to login to avgmobiliation with the gmail account of the device, and also. Even, I installed the application in another mobile, I followed the normal steps of registration and the same thing happens.
