Could you please let us know the name of the AVG Program in which you experiencing this issue?
Are you using free or paid version of AVG Product?
Mostly this error is occur due to anyother Antivirus program or previously installed AVG on your system.
Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system? if so, please uninstall it and try to install AVG program.
