How do I escalate an ongoing issue.? I have been going back and forth with AVG support for about two weeks and I feel I'm getting the run around. I don't hear back from anyone after I'm told "the developers are looking into it" when I try to get answers Im always told this, it is very frustrating and unprofessional. Im ready to discard my two year subscription and but buy a different product.

No, this problem was reported on Feb 6 and has not yet been resolved, and at this point I dont expect it to be. Im told different things depending on who I talk with,last discussion I had was "its fixed" so I ran a quick scan and the SVC ROOTKIT was still there, he then told me "its nothing to worry about", this after they told me I really needed to get rid of it.? I was also told to contact Sierra and have them adviuse me how to delete this file, after I did this they told me a few files remained in the registry and they would have to be removed. I'm concerned now because they have down loaded my entire hard drive "Whitefile" and nothing has been done since. I have noted each contact but have nor received the written conversations I have had with each rep at least twice per rep.

They are analyzing and trying to find the possibilities, but this will take time.
