I bought internet security for two years (expires 2019) but I only can download a free version that will expire now in 15 days.

Solution available ? ?

Hello Bala,

Thanks for your reply, but I did already try everything.
I downloaded a few minutes ago AVG Internet Security again :  I get the trial version.
Then I logged on on AVG network on my user interface.
e-mail and password were filled in as should be, but nothing happens : trial version is not replaced by my subscription.
Whats's next ?
