with your information I have solved the problem and I can finally continue using tuneup as I do for a long time.

recalling my copy of avg tuneup bought me from the path error.
I called the email purchase the product and try to reinstall the program but the download says "unexpected error" code 0xe001f949.
at this point I tried avg remover but this gave 0x000012f error.
can you help me get out of this loop and reinstall avf tuneup.
the laptop I installed windous 10. Thank you very much
