Have tried many times to download the purchase I made of AVG Secure VPN on my computer and it keeps saying I need a compatible version of AVG Secure VPN for my 64 bit version of windows. I've successfully download AVG, and AVG Tune Up with no issues, but it's impossible to get help from this company unless you go to the Pay For It troubleshooters. If it's not going to work with my PC I'd at least like a refund, but by reading many of the questions posed by AVG customers, it seems like a real chore and a lot of wasted time with what should be fairly straight forward solutions to their customers queries. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.
