Hello Hector,
Thank you for reaching us out with your concerns. Could you please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the driver update screen you are referring to assist you better?
My newly subscribed to AVG Driver Updater has successfully downloaded and installed a number of out of date Drivers but has a 'problem' with one.
I have a Windows 10 laptop and transferred my Office XP with Service Pack 3 from my old computer.
The Updater says there is still one driver update to do: Service Pack 3 is 'out of date'.
Although surprised at this, I started and completed the download but then … nothing. So I started the process again, did the download and when it showed it was complete … again nothing.
When I move to close the AVG Driver Updater window, a message pops up saying there are 'still drivers to update' (all other drivers are now shown as up to date)
I'm puzzled. Should I just ignore this Service XP update information from AVG Updater or is there a problem I don't appreciate?
