Problem with printing due to download Ultimate and double payment diducted from my accoount for same

In december I upgraded to Ultimate and printed out ll the mauls you send me. . After that i wanted to print my payment and could not print. The system gave an error message about not properly downloaded or that it had something to do with windows. I
Apart from thti noticed hat you charged me twice for the same ultimate one on the 19 eand the other on the 21 of december. 1e was for75.99 and nd for76.40. hw come?
