Last week i got a message that my protection was expiring so i did what most loyal customers would do and pay for another year of protection. I followed the instructions after purchasing the product and i did the install but my protection icon on the app shows that i am NOT fully protected. When i go to see why it shows an error in the reactivation icon. I click on reactivate but nothing happens so i called the customer support which re-routed me to India i assume and the guy/tech spent more time trying to sell me a "Computer Protection Program" which he claims i dont have and NEED! He tried charging me $189 for the program which is outrageous!! To add insult to the issue, he claims that because i didnt buy the program he COULD NOT help me reinstall my AVG protection. I am asking if anyone can help me out before i lose my temper and just ask for my money back. Anyone? jccarlos01@hotmail.com 773-350-9631
