Problem with reinstall from AVG Free to AVG Ultimate

Hello Miroslav,

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate the AVG Ultimate to pro version in your computer. Please follow the below steps and check if the AVG Ultimate gets activated:

Please open the AVG Zen dashboard at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

I have the problem with the instalation. I had AVG Ultimate and I paid late and now I have AVG Free despite I paid.
Before AVG Free and AVG Ultimate were reversing in computer when I restarted it. Now AVG Free always wants restart when I turn a computer on.
