Problems installing TuneUp

I've got one version of TuneUp successfully installed on my Samsung laptop but can't install on my Fujitsu Siemens desktop past 31%.  It stops there and eventually times out showing the error code I've already quoted.  Any suggestions?

Also, is there any way I can reply to you other than via this route since you reply to me using a No Reply email address?

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have 2 copies of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) licenses and one active AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription). Please be informed that these are all identical products and may I know which product are you trying to install?

May I know how many computers do you use in total to help you choose which subscription is ideal for you to use?
