Problems logging in to AVG account

Initially, could you let us know if you're facing this issue on your android mobile or on your computer?
Also, let us know the reason as to why you're looking to log into your AVG account.
If it's something that can be checked from our end, we'd be glad to assist you.

Hello, can you help please?

I'm having issues logging in (and out)  of my AVG account today.  Initially, I could not log out, and I couldn't access the payments page either. I've now re-set my password, and applied two-factor authentication, but when I try to login afresh  from the AVG Account  web search, I'm shown as still logged in, with no access to the payments page.
     I've tried clearing the cache in Google Chrome and also in AVG Cleaner, but it doesn't help.

Any thoughts please?

       Thanks for your response.  The problem is with my Android tablet. I originally wanted to cancel a (duplicate, unused) piece of software which was coming up for automatic renewal  (Multi-device VPN, renewal due 25/08/21).
         I think I've managed to do this, but I'm still permanently logged in via the Web login page, which  has also locked me out of the Payments page. By changing my password and adding two-factor authentication, I was able to access the account via the main AVG webpage.
        I'm just concerned about being permanently logged on via the Web, apparently with my old credentials.
