Problems to install AVG internet security

I have AVG antivirus, internet security and PC tune-up for several years.
I've got a mail from AVG to renew the AVG Internet Security. I dit it yesterday for 2 years.
I had to install the new program, and I became the message: ‘You already have another AVG product on your computer that is incompatible with the one you  are trying to install’.
I have uninstalled the AVG antivirus and the AVG internet Security, but the error-message is staying the same.
Before I uninstall PC Tune-up, I’ve looked to my account to make sure I can reinstall the PC-tune-up version (is payed for a period of 2 years), but there is noted that I have no products of AVG (but I can show you the 2 license numbers. How is this possible??
Questions:

  • I have purchased 2 products, but they are not shown in my account
  • Witch program of AVG causes the problem that it is incompatible with new the AVG Internet Security?
  • If I have to uninstall the AVG PC Tune-up, where can I find the link to reinstall that program (I have the right license numbers

Roland, actually zen is the interface for our latest Multi-device program.
Multi-device program doesn't have any license number and it's installation is by entering the AVG my account credentials.
Multi-device program can be installed on unlimited computers that runs on Windows, Mac and Android smartphones and Tablets.
You haven't bought the subscription for this multidevice program so you have to remove the Zen version and install AVG internet security and AVG PC tuneup for which you have bought the license.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
