We could see the code (G2- X0360-D20) for AVG Ultimate is not yet registered. Is this the code you are trying to register?

Yes that's the code I entered. I think I used a GB taher than US website though.  I'll have to do it on the 7th Jan then.  It's a bit odd because some of the reviews I read said they logged the code in advance of expiry and it just took effect when it expired.

Hi My  AVG Ultimate is due to expire and be renewed on  6th Jan.   I purchased a key for AVG Internet Security 2019 from an authorised distributor.  I cancelled my subscription so it did not renew automatically.  I tried to enter the new license number as directed  and it keeps telling me I have a subscription and to download that or to open a new account.  I do not want to create a new account when I already have one. I just want to be able to enter my license key  so it takes overt when my current AVG expires.   (My license key seems a different config from the standard.  It has 4 digits - 8 digits- 4 digits but works on the renewal page with the directions.   So how can I stop that subscription message.

If you register a code, the validity of the code will start from the day of registration. It doesn't matter, if you also have an existing product.

In case you register the code when you have an active product, the validity of the product will be merged.
