We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that AVG program will not conflict with the Pdf files, however we would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
Since I renewed my AVG subscription a few weeks ago and down loaded the latest version of AVG Zen to a Windows 7 laptop, I have not been able to print PDF's. Printing from other files present no problem. But, when I print PDF's, I get an error message that says "This document could not be printed", and when I click "ok" a second message says "There were no pages selected to print". I'm also having a problem completing "fillable" PDF because it won't allow me to enter the fillable field. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PFD viewer without success. I have also disabled AVG Protection to print PDF's without success. Suggestions would be appreciated.

4. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen.
7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
