I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please uninstall all AVG programs using "AVG Remover Tool" and then reinstall your program 'AVG Protection'. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. I bought AVG Protection for multi-device from Walmart store on August 16 2015 to expire August 17 2016 but it suddenly expried Sept 14 2015

Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
