I purchased AVG Tuneup in June 2015 for one year. I am now told that it has expired, as my trial period has run out, I did not know that I had one. I find that I require a product key. AVG sent me a licence number, is this the product key?. I enter it in the space as required. I am told it is wrong and that I must check spelling. Are the 'Os' or '0s' being entered wrongly? I think that I have tried every combination, I seem to have wasted a lot of time on this. Is there anybody that I could talk to for help?
