Product key has expired

Hello,
I have a problem and I hope someone can help me. When I open my AVg PC Tuneup, a window pops up and says that my product key has expired. But I have an abo that extends annually. And a new abo is due only in November of this year. I don't know what the problem is or what I should do.
Does anyone knows what I to do?
