Product Not Visible

My Account is virtually worthless, and I don't understand why this is not corrected.  For over a year now, My Account has stated that I don't have any subscriptions yet I have two Anti-Virus products.  Are these not considered subscriptions?  Further, when you click on "please click here", you get a message about a "major system update".  That message has been the same for over a year.  When will this system update be finished so I can actually use My Account??  I can't see my subscriptions, make my renewal, change my credit card info, remove automatic billing.  I mean really, what's the point of My Account?
