I repeatedly get a notification that I have an item in my AVG shopping basket. This is an item I decided against purchasing, and have deleted from my basket, but it keeps reappearing, along with a notification. How can I get rid of it permanently?

I have a screenshot, which appears when I log in to my laptop, usually from sleep mode. The window slides up from the bottm right corner of the screen. I can't send it to you just now - your website tells me it's being worked on, but I'll try later, unless you like to send me an email address.
