Hello Terri,
I apologize for any inconvenience caused. You can contact our chat/phone support team here (https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en) because I could not find any previous contact with us using your email address. However, I can see that you have  AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription), expires on 3/7/2019 and AVG Driver Updater expires on 3/7/2019.
To activate AVG PC TuneUp: Please open AVG PC TuneUp > Click Go to Zen tab > AVG console will be open > select your email address (or click on Connect button > login) > leave this network > wait for 2 minutes > login to an existing network. Your AVG PC TuneUp program will be activated automatically.
To activate AVG Driver Updater: Please open it > help/support > Enter registration key > Enter the license number which you have received after the purchase > activate.

I've purchased an annual subscription for AVG PC Tune-Up & Driver updates; however, after restarting my system(HP Laptop) the software has NOT upgraded, keeps asking me to buy AGAIN. 
I was not issued a registration key…unable to use what I just paid for. Please advise…

CSV is a joke as I was on hold for ten minutes without anyone checking in with me…no online chat. Seriously!!wtf
