Products still not showing, all paid 2 days ago

Just bought 2 products 2 days ago. My products are not shown as yet which means I'm unable to install them  !!! Please help ASAP

We can resolve the issue by escalating the case to our Senior Team and synchronizing your account with your AVG Products. Please provide us a screenshot of your AVG My Products Tab so that we can escalate the case to our Senior Team.
