AVG is blocking a legit program. The only way I can execute it is to turn off avg. I used to be able to flag a file as OK but can't find that in the current version - 19.7.3103 (build 19.7.4674.552)
I can exclude the directory from scanning but that is obviously a bad solution.
I've submitted the file twice now and AVG says they'll look at it and get back to me but never a peep from them
