Alan, Since this isn't an AVG issue have you tried contacting RoboForm2Go direct?.

I tried RoboForm2Go to generate master password to help remember all the many passwords we have. It was far too complicated. I tried removing it but have an item RoboForm2Go (C:). I just cannot fathom out how to remove this unwanted program
