Like others I am getting this message.  I have just been billed for renewal, but it is still not working.  There is no licence number under subscriptions, just note saying that I am protected.  The definitions say they are up to date.  Program version is 17.5.3021 running under Windows 7.

I have tried re-loading it and repairing it and that makes no difference to the problem.  Any more ideas or should I just demand a refund?
