I repaired AVG, did not fix the issue. Still have message in red protection disabled, protection will be enabled after restart. Click on Fix Now nothing happens. I restarted the computer still same message.
I un-installed & re-installed the program that fixed the issue.

Uninstalled and reinstalled as mentioned in the latest commumication over the weekend. Fixed the problem until now the message reappeared I restarted and get the same message. Please advise.
Here is the version installed:19.7.3103 (build 19.7.4674.526)

We regret the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue which was fixed in a recent update. Could you let us know the version of AVG program installed on your PC? Click Menu -> About to know the version information.
I keep getting message Protection is disabled (Highlighted in red) protection will be enabled after restart.
I do restart get same message. Please advise how to fix this.
