Purchase of EULA AVG Antivirus 2015

Originally 0n 3 Jan 2014, I Deborah Henson purchased Avg Anti-Virus for a two year plan, Order # 37-2714785 for my home computer, licence # IMNJK-IYXWL-NEVNU-AUUQ9-WJ37H-KH4PH. Then after going through all my receipts for 2014, and speaking with a representative, I was told that my anti-virus had expired. Also the computer pop-up for AVG also indicated that my AVG plan was to expire.  So, I purchased another anti-Virus 2015 protection plan for one year for $31.99, order ref # 38-3796680. I requested a refund online for that purchase already. Then on 16 Dec 2014, the AVG computer pop-up indicated that I lost my AVG protection plan and I purchased another AVG plan with RoboForm and AVG Tune-up for the sum total of $104.94, order # 68-21668.  My problem is, I am  being charged for another year when I am still suppose to be covered by the initial two year plan I purchased back on 3 Jan 2014. Please cancel this purchase and credit my credit card for said amount of $104.94.  Please notify me via email at rdhenson@outdrs.net of cancellation and credit to my credit card. Thank you.
