A couple of years ago I elected to use your optional month to month subscription payment method for PC tuneup and AVG antivirus , knowing that the new laptop I was expecting would include a promotional year long subscription. When my new system arrived I cancelled my month to month and all worked out very well. Now I would like to subscribe again and the month to month option makes the most sense for me at this point. I realize the 1 year or 2 year subscriptions are more cost effective and normally I would take advantage of that discount. But the month to month is necessary until I can pass on the cost of the year or 2 year license to the planned end users.
I have tried to select the monthly purchase option from your order selector but that option is not available on your shopping cart order confirmation. The only option available is the 1 year purchase. So is the monthly subscription NOT available any longer????? And if not I need some way to be sure that the credit card info I used when attempting to purchase the monthly subscription did not get swallowed up by the year option....
