not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but i just now purchased AVG on the advice of my husband. i never used it before, other than the 30 free trial thing. i purchased not only the $35.99 product which was suposed to be downloaded right then, but the $9.99 backup disc in case i needed to reinstall my product. i paid, then BOOM! AVG wiped my computer of what security from them i DID HAVE to now nothing, never got the download from them at all, and a window came up from AVG saying "Sorry you are leaving us. We want to offer you a new deal for AVG at 40% off at $25.99 before you go." then they had a subwindow asking me to fill out a servey on "Why you are leaving AVG. Your information helps us become better with our customers." did i just purchase them to hack my computer, or is this complete fraud on AVG?! i never bought a product from them before, and no other security site ever took money out of my bank without rendering a product before. i also went to their "Contact Us" site, where i indicates you have 3 options to talk to an AVG tech or agent. however, after choosing every single option, the AVG "contact us" site would ONLY ALLOW PHONE CALLS TO BE USED. their "email" and "chat" options are both bogus on every option. i am a disabled veteran who is also almost all deaf. i dont have a TTY phone that helps, and email or chat is far easier for me to handle with my disablility? is this a bug in AVG, has anyone else had these issues, and were you able to get your money back from them? i spent near $50 on this product as per advice to me that this was good. it might not seem like much money to some, but it is to me. and to not get what i paid for then wipe my computer of all protection i did have before the purchase just sounds like fraud to me,
