Hello - Could someone possibly assist by sending this inquiry on to avg?
I purchased Tune up from avg but it refuses to download it.
It doesn't recognise the product code they issued to me despite many attempts.
If someone from avg sees this inquiry they could visit my account and see that I have bought it but not downloaded it. Perhaps they might download it for me?
Presently I'm on the free trial but it's becoming very tiresome re-loading it every time it expires.
Thanks to anyone out there that might be able to send this query on to the right avg department!
