Purchased Internet security but it won't download

Have you registered the code after purchase?

Yesterdy I purchased (along with a free initial trial) Internet security.  I have a confirmation email but I cannot download this.

Okay, Irena. 

We have cancelled the auto renewal status of AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60-day Trial). The product will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account.

Confirmation email regarding the same has been sent to your registered email address.

If you have already installed AVG products then it's not recommended to reinstall it. 

Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate it.

Follow the same on AVG Tuneup and check its status.
