Purchased New Computer and Can't Log In to Account

HI Community.  I'm having an issue in which I have just purchased a new computer and I now cannot log into my AVG account.  I keep getting an error message that my information is "incorrect or invalid".  I changed my password and I'm able to log in from my iPhone, however from my PC I cannot.  Weirdly I was able to get on this thread by logging in with no problem, but cannot log into actual account to download my AVG Ultimate protection here.  Thoughts?
