Please be informed that you can activate AVG PC TuneUp and use the Pro version irrespective of the issue that it is not showing under My products tab in AVG MyAccount. I have sent you an email with steps to activate AVG PC TuneUp with new license number. Please check your inbox and spam box as well for the email.
Once you finish the activation, please provide us with a screenshot of your AVG MyAccount not showing the products in a reply to that email so we can escalate the issue to concern team for resolution.

Although my history shows the purchase, My Products show AVG Free and PC Tuneup free now I cannot activate the PC Tuneup even though I have the activation key.
