I can understand your concern. I see from your record that you do not have any active subscription of AVG program in your account. I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with any information on this recent purchase of AVG like Order Number, license number.

I have just purchased the AVG Internet Security package, paid on line and clicked on the confirmation e-mail.  Having opened my account I do not see any instructions to download the product and the residual free package shows no change.  How long does it take to activate the account?  .
